For many years Clermont's low property tax rate was the envy of neighboring communities. Now we are looking at a 40% increase. Tod Howard oversaw over 80 Million dollars in budgets cuts at LCSB and  has the experience to get Clermont's budget back under control!

The waterways around Clermont are one of our most valuable assets. Tod Howard will work to protect this Outstanding Florida Waterway and ensure they remain accessible to the public.

Tod Howard has been a local business owner for over 23 years. He is the only candidate who has ever signed the front of a paycheck and understands the struggles small businesses face. He will champion reforms that reduce the hurdles government creates.

Lets face it, growth in Clermont alarming. This is the only shot we get to build this community and we need to get it right! The City of Clermont has dropped the ball on impact fee collection and infrastructure requirements. Tod Howard will not approve any further growth until those issues are fixed.
